The OBBRFC is pleased to announce that the Senior Men have been promoted to the Provinciale 1 Division of Rugby Quebec's competitive league structure.
This invitation comes as a result of the men's 7-2-1 standing from the 2019 season, and it is an exciting opportunity to continue with the growth and expansion of our men's program, which is now the largest in Ottawa.
Both the Beavers 1st and 2nd XV will compete alongside each other as part of the Club-on-Club structure in Provinciale 1 division. As a result, both men's teams will always travel together as a single unit.
The Provinciale 1 Division is one of the top levels of competition in Eastern Canada, and the men will be playing against the 1st and 2nd XV men's teams from Beaconsfield RFC, Parc Olympique, Rugby Club de Montreal, Westmount Ravens, and Montreal Wanderers.
