With the return to contact rugby activities, the Club is now gearing up for some fall rugby matches.
We are starting with our own internal scrimmaging at TD Place on August 16.
Then - and there are still a lot of moving pieces - Rugby Ontario will begin allowing league matches to take place beginning in September.
As a result, the Club is making plans to push fall rugby as far as we can take it.
For the men and women, this would tentatively look like a series of exhibition XVs matches from early September, ending (hopefully) with a Halloween 7s thing on October 30.
For the juniors, we anticipate that the EORU will bring back its usual Club 7s series that it has run over the past few years (it used to be on Sundays at TERP, but tbc).
This is all highly speculative, but at least we are pointed in the right direction and will have rugby to play for everyone who wants in on it.
