Our next wellness chat will be discussing Mental Health, and it takes place on Thursday, May 6, and we are pleased to say that we will be joined by Olympic medalist and Ottawa native Natasha Watcham-Roy.
Natasha played for the Canadian Woman's 7's Rugby Team, winning a gold medal at the 2015 Pan American Games and bronze at the Rio 2016 Olympics.
Attendance is free, and all club members (as well as anyone from the broader rugby community) are welcome to attend.
