First off - an update from last week's junior 7s tournament. Turns out the Junior Beavers have been named the 2019 EORU Champions for their division! Congrats to the Beav Nation!
Next up, the Senior Beavers played the final match of their scheduled fall series with an exhibition against Carleton 2s on October 3. It was a great game (although the actual rugby was a bit of a dog's breakfast, as you might expect from fall rugby) with awesome turnout (37 guys showed up for the game, by our final count - definitely a fall league record). We were pleased to welcome a bunch of new faces, including a good handful of Junior Beavers (EORU 7s CHAMPS, BABY!!), and Lucas scored a try. Fun was had by all and we capped off a great post-season of fall rugby.
