OBBRFC RETURNS TO TD PLACE

The Beavers and Banshees are excited to announce that we will be returning to the bright lights of TD Place for a friendly set of internal scrimmages on Monday, August 16.

As our senior men's and women's teams have been blessed with a strong number of players this summer, we will be able to use this event to continue our pathway towards COVID recovery using these games as a fun bit of preparation as we build towards a set of fall exhibitions. We will be doing our best to simulate game situations with the men's and women's scrimmages: wearing jerseys, referee, athletic therapist, and photographer will all be present.

The event will open up with a touch rugby tournament that will include juniors and anyone else not ready for contact rugby. We have blanket non-contact rugby insurance for this, so non-registered people may participate. We ask that no one show up unannounced, so please indicate your intention to participate in the touch tournament through the following form: https://forms.gle/X8QxRqnP3rGWZxAL8
